Hi there! This is just some piccies and a little description about a cake that I made with my boyfriend for my sisters birthday last year. After making my first cake I was addicted! It's so fun and seeing peoples expressions is just priceless, specially when it's for a friend or family member. Me and my sister love Charlie the Unicorn so I figured why not :) The cake consists of 3 layers in the base and 1 giant layer in the mountain section. I frosted it with buttercream but used fondant to cover the cake board and the bottom tier of cake. The unicorns are also fondant and I used food colouring as paint to write the words.
