You have to marinade the meat. It's best left as long as possible but best overnight. You can add a couple of tsp of red food colour to the marinade if you want the red outer colour.

Instructions

    Place all marinade ingredients in a bag or bowl. Mix together. Place pork in & leave to marinade for as long as possible.

    Heat oven 180 degrees. Place pork on rack, cook for 25-30 mins until cooked through.

    Fry onions & garlic in a little oil.

    Add egg. Stir through until cooked.

    Add rice & soya sauce. Stir through.
