You have to marinade the meat.

It's best left as long as possible but best overnight.

You can add a couple of tsp of red food colour to the marinade if you want the red outer colour.

You Will Need (15 things)

  • Pork Loin
  • Marinade

  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sherry
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • Rice

  • 3 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 5 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Peas

Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

    Place all marinade ingredients in a bag or bowl. Mix together.

    Place pork in & leave to marinade for as long as possible.

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Place pork on rack, cook for 25-30 mins until cooked through.

    Fry onions & garlic in a little oil.

  4. 4

    Add egg.

    Stir through until cooked.

    Add rice & soya sauce.

    Stir through.

    Add peas.

    Stir to combine.

    Serve rice with pork.
