  • How to stitch a knit or crochet pouch. Chapstick Cozy - Step 1
    Step 1

Round 1- ch 3, 8 hdc in third ch from hook, sl st in top of beginning ch 3 (8 hdc)

**Or start with an adjustable loop, then ch 2, 8 hdc in loop, sl st in top or beginning ch 2, pull loop closed and finish off before moving on. **

Round 2- ch 2, hdc in each hdc around, sl st in top of beginning ch-2 (8 hdc)

Repeat round 2, 7 times or until the cozy covers your chapstick.

Last Round- ch 10, skip 4 hdc, sc in next hdc, finish off.

Then sew on a small button near the top. I've found that shaped buttons look great on the little cozies and really make them look complete, but use any button you love!

YES! I live in the middle of Michigan so in the winter it gets pretty cold. I use sooo much Chapstick. Equally, I lose soo much Chapstick. Haha! This is perfect for keeping track of it!!! Thank you so much for sharing!

Yey! This is perfect for you then! I love that I can clip it on my bag or keys with the little strap. I don't often loose chapstick, but it does get buried under all the other stuff in my purse, lol. This makes it easy to find Happy
