I wanted to make Mir a toy he would actually play with so I made a catnip one. I just cut out a heart shape on felt and a smaller one on the t-shirt scraps. I stuffed the small one with the catnip and then put it in the bigger one. I didn't have any stuffing so I just cut up little bits of the t-shirt and dipped some of them in catnip and rolled them up and put them around the little heart. I also added a long string from the hem of the shirt.
