You Will Need

Step 1
Place the tip of your eyeliner just under the last upper lash and draw a line that goes to the outer corner of your eye.(this is actually the hardest part of the whole process,no kidding.)

Step 2Imagine a letter E like in the picture.

Step 3
Draw the "e"'s "tail" and connect it with the line you made in the step 1-voila!
