About
As much as I'd love a pair of real Chanel earrings, I simply can't afford them with all the craft supplies I've got to buy, and if I did get some, everyone else would be wearing them too. So here's my cheap, crafty and personalized alternative!

You Will Need (12 things)
- Scissors
- Template
- Earring Hooks
- Jump Ring(s)
- Chain
- Rhinestone(s)
- Shrink Plastic
- Cutting Knife
- Hole Punch
- Strong, clear adhesive Glue

Steps (9 steps, 25 minutes)

1
First of all you're going to need to make a template -unless your name is Cat then you can just use my template (I suggest printing out my template anyway so that you can get your size right).
-
2
Draw around the template on to shrink plastic. I used white but you can pick whatever colour you like. Remember to flip the template and draw the reverse too. I only wanted one earring but if you want two, do this twice, so that you have 4 letters in total.
-
3
Cut these letters out. Use a cutting knife to cut the smaller, inside letters out. Lay one on top of the other in the position you would like them to go.
-
4
Hold the letter and it's reverse together and punch a hole at the top, in the middle, through both letters.
-
5
Shrink the letters in the oven until small.
-
6
Line up the two holes and glue one letter on top of the other.
-
7
Embellish with rhinestone crystals. Use tweezers to pick them up, dab in strong, clear adhesive glue and stick in place.
-
8
Slip a jump ring through the hole, slip on to a chain and attach the chain to an earring hook.

Wear proudly and go craft shopping with all the money you've saved :D
