My mum made me a my little pony cake for my 5th birthday so I made a replica for my friends 21st - as she loved my little ponies!

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 4 Ice Cream Cones
  • 2 (one to eat one for the cake Smarties
  • 1 (for the castle door) Fancy Biscuit(s)
  • 2 Swiss Roll (chop in half for turrets)
  • 2 Large Square Cake one of my cakes was gluten free for inclusion reasons!
  • (the fancyer the better - i used barbie sprinkles) Sprinkles
  • Butter Icing
  • Gel Food Colouring
