This is a tasty carrot cake.
You could eat it without the icing.
You could also use glaze icing instead.
Heat oven 180 degrees
cream butter & sugar together.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add flour & cinnamon.
Add banana & carrots.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 30 mins until cooked through.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Spread the butter icing over the top of the cake.
Cut & serve
