You will need

Chicken thighs Or breast 2 large Tomato Chunked 2 Onions Chunked 4-6 cloves Garlic Chopped 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup fresh Parsley Chopped 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Thyme 3 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 cup Ketchup 2 cup Water

Instructions

1. 

   Add first 12 ingredients together & allow to marinade for an hour.

2. 

   Add the ketchup, water, chicken & marinade to a pot. Bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 1 hr until cooked & tender.

3. Serve with rice.
