Earring Hooks Jump Ring(s) Fabric Scissors Cardboard Tacky Glue Pencil

Instructions

1. 

   Draw your circles on a piece of cardboard then cut it out

2. 

   grab your fabric (doesn't matter what kind) & cut out two circles

3. 

   put your tacky glue on one side of the fabric then place it on the cardboard

4. 

   punch holes at the top, add the jump rings, earring hooks and your done!
