Caramel Strudel
A different take on caramel cake or millionaire shortcake.
It tastes a like a mix of Crumb Cake & caramel cake.
Tastes really nice.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Topping...
Mix together flour, cinnamon & sugar.

Step 2Rub butter in to make breadcrumbs.

Step 3Add water & bring together.
Wrap dough in cling film & freeze for 30 mins.

Step 4Base...
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 5Fold in the flours.
Press into a tin.
Bake for 10 mins.

Step 6Filling...
Heat all ingredients together until it thickens & changes colour.

Step 7Pour over the base.

Step 8Grate the topping over the caramel.
Bake for 10-15 mins.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 9Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Step 10Cut & serve.
