You need an Icecream machine to make this. You can use store bought caramel.

You will need

Icecream
2 eggs 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk
Caramel
13 Caramels 3 tbsp Milk
Extra

Description

You need an Icecream machine to make this. You can use store bought caramel.

Instructions

1. 

   Icecream... Whisk the eggs, vanilla & sugar together.

2. 

   Add the cream & milk. Mix together.

3. 

   Pour into Icecream machine. Churn according to machine instructions. (Approx 55 mins).

4. 

   Caramel sauce... Melt ingredients together. Stir to combine. Allow to cool.

5. 

   Layer rolos & sauce into Icecream. Pour into a tub & freeze until needed.

6. 

   Serve.
