Caramel Coconut Macaroons
These are easy to make & taste delicious
Melt the milk, butter & caramels together in a pot.
Allow to melt completely & mix together.
Add 4 cups of coconut & stir through.
Add the additional coconut to form a dryish mixture ( not too sloppy).
Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture & allow to cool.
Dip the base of the macaroons into the chocolate.
Allow to set.
Sprinkle the top of the macaroons with chocolate.
