Yum! and Simple, who could ask for more? Makes a perfect snack/ appetizer. Cut up a medium tomato in slices, then pick 3 Basil leaves(wash em off) and cut thin slices of the Mozzarella cheese. Layer either 'tower' formation or in a spherical pattern. Tomato,basil, cheese,tomato,basil ,cheese :D
