SUNDAY TEA

After a lovely roast lunch, I’m just not that hungry, so I’ll have something light, simple and quick to make.

(PREP TIME 5 MINUTES, APPROX. 4 SERVINGS)

This is a classic and it is truly delicious. It is essential when making this salad that you use really good-quality ingredients. This will elevate the flavour and pleasure immensely!

    Slice or chop the tomatoes.

    Tear up the mozzarella.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil and some sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, et voilà!

    Serve with some crunchy fresh baguette.
