I simply had the munchies and decided to give Rice Crispies Treats a run for their money with these yummy cereal clusters! I'm sorry for the lack of photos; I promise to add more later.
I simply had the munchies and decided to give Rice Crispies Treats a run for their money with these yummy cereal clusters! I'm sorry for the lack of photos; I promise to add more later.
First, in a sauce pan (use medieum heat)completely melt two tablespoons of butter and half a jar of marshmallow paste.
After your marshmallow paste has melted into a liquid, add 3 cups of Captain Crunch (or your favorite cearal) and stir until the cereal is completely coated in with the marshmallow.
Before pouring your mix into the baking dish, spread a thin layer of butter on the base and sides so your treats dont stick.
After pouring the marshmallow covered cereal in your dish, even it out and stick it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Take them out, cut them into squares and...Ta Da! Your very own cereal clusters!
