These are petite individual cannoli cups.
They are easy to make but you can't fill them in advance as they will go soggy.
It only takes a few mins to fill before serving.

Filling12 oz Ricotta Cheese 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese 1/2 cup Icing Sugar 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
