You can fill the cannelloni with any filling you like.

You Will Need

Step 1Brown the beef.

Step 2Add the sauce.
Heat through.
Let the sauce reduce a little.

Step 3Add the ricotta.
Stir through.
Let the mixture cool.

Step 4Spoon the sauce mixture into the cannelloni shells.
Place into an oven dish.

Step 5Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the cannelloni.
Grate mozzarella cheese over the pasta.

Step 6Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins.
