Ariella - I'm not sure of her dress size, just her measurements. I'd say she is a medium though. Send me a message and I can give you exact measurements. Also yes, I do have a bit of a paper pattern for it - any idea how to get it on the computer though?
Rachie - the fabric is from Goldhawk Road in London, a street filled with awesome and cheap fabric stores. It was only £5 a meter!
Knittin' Ktten - Yes you could, you would just need to make the bottom flaps a bit longer. It's quite long anyway, so you can wear it as a mini dress.
Just a few questions: what size girl did you make this for? What body meaurement did you take to determine how much fabric was needed? I would love to make this for myself but I fear I am not the model type...
Also, did you create this pattern, or could I find it somewhere? If you created it, any chance you could make a photocopy and email it to me? I'm still at the not-off-patterns-yet stage of sewing. :O
