The first thing is to glean your peices well. Then glue together the candy dish with the candle holder
while the dish and stand dry pick out your paper and glue it to the top. A thin paper is best to use.
after the glue is dry cover the dish witht he same paper.
glue the ribbon to the rim of the top to give it a finished look. take the wire and create a little bling for the dish...I will tie it to the top of the base...using colors that match.
