Draw a picture on a translucent paper using pen, pencil, etc (not oil paint etc) (or you can print it on a normal printer when you tape the translucent paper on a normal sheet of paper ;)) Cut the picture according to the height and circuit of the candle (make sure that the surface, which is going to be under your picture is flat and of the same width everywhere :))
Pin the picture on the candle and then use a hairdryer or a heat gun to melt wax slightly so it seeps everywhere. (Make sure you have newspapers under your candle :D)
You are done! (This candle is supposed to be decorative, because of the paper, which can burn really easily.)
