These are fantastic any time of the year and taste awesome!
Slice lemons pretty thin. In a medium saucepan mix water and sugar. Throw in the lemons and let 'em go. Flip the lemons every once in a while. When the slices are kind of see through but NOT falling apart go ahead and take them out. I added a little bit of lemonade (homemade), some honey, and some lemon extract to the water just to give them a little more flavor.
