This was super simple to make, and I'm pretty happy about the outcome. Some I will be uploading a tutorial one how to make your own cameo charm .
You will need a colorful tail feather, a partially downed feather, an exotic feather, and 1 or 2 small downed feather.
Place the tail feather over the partially downed feather, and glue it onto the clip with their tips on the opposite side of where the clip opens up.
Glue the exotic feather on top, so that it is the highest one.
Fan the downed feathers out, and glue them towards the bottom.
Glue the cameo charm at the bottom so that it covers the rest of the hair clip, and the tips of the feathers.
