Cake Truffle Balls
These are a great way of using up off cuts from cakes.
You can use any cake you have to make these.
Crumb the cake.
Add icing to the cake & stir until combined.
Roll into small ball shapes.
Set aside to harden a little.
Roll balls in chocolate until totally covered.
Place balls on paper & sprinkle with toppings.
Allow to harden.
