You Will Need

  • How to stitch . Buttonhole Wheel Stitch - Step 1
    Step 1

    Start the stitch by pulling the needle up at A and then insert the needle at B in the centre. Pull it up at C, taking
    care to keep the needle inside the loop created – you can use your finger to keep the loop in place.

    Step 2

    Insert the needle at B again, and pull it up at D to create the next spoke.

    Continue in this way to complete the wheel.

    Step 4

    Fasten the last spoke of the wheel with a tiny straight stitch, joining at A. Take care to keep the tension quite tight, so the stitch doesn’t loosen.
