All you really need for this is some kind of cording with a bit of elasticity, a handful of buttons, and a few minutes. I'll do a step-by-step soon, when I make another one :) However, for anyone who wants to try this, I just used some cording that had some slight elasticity, and staggered different sized buttons by weaving the cord in and out of the holes.
