This is a self saucing Pudding.

Great served hot from the oven with cold ice cream.

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 50 g Brown Sugar
  • 190 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 100 g Butter Melted
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Syrup
  • 100 g Brown Sugar For sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Boiling Water

Steps (5 steps, 50 minutes)

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Place 50 g brown sugar, flour, butter, egg, milk & syrup in a bowl.

    Mix together until combined & light.

    Pour into a dish.

    Mix 100 g brown sugar & corn flour together.

    Sprinkle over the cake.

    Gently pour the water over the cake.

    Bake for 40 mins.

    Serve with Icecream.
