This is a self saucing Pudding.
Great served hot from the oven with cold ice cream.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Place 50 g brown sugar, flour, butter, egg, milk & syrup in a bowl.
Mix together until combined & light.

Step 2
Pour into a dish.

Step 3Mix 100 g brown sugar & corn flour together.
Sprinkle over the cake.

Step 4Gently pour the water over the cake.
Bake for 40 mins.

Step 5Serve with Icecream.
