These pancakes are light & fluffy. They taste awesome.

You will need

2 cup Plain Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup Buttermilk 1 cup Milk 2 tbsp Butter Melted

These pancakes are light & fluffy. They taste awesome.

Instructions

1. 

   Combine dry ingredients together.

2. 

   Combine wet ingredients together.

3. 

   Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients pour the wet mixture into it. Stir until just combined.

4. 

   Heat a little oil in a pan. Pour pancake mixture in & cook until bubbles appear.

5. 

   Flip over & cook until done.

6. 

   Serve with butter & syrup.
