Cook a butter chicken curry with Tuk Tuk, Edinburgh
Makes 1kg chicken / serves 4 persons.
Cook onions until red mixed with Ginger and Garlic paste.
Add peeled tomatoes along with tomato puree and cook for 10mins.
Spices such as Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Cumin powder, Sugar, Salt and Almond powder are added for flavour.
Everything should be cooked for about 7-10mins. the mix will blend into a sauce and cream is added for rich flavour.
