I am still learning how to sew properly so this took me forever to finish but once it was done i was so proud of myself.
i wanted it to be poofier but i couldn't make the layers thicker because they wouldnt fit throught he machine.
I made the waist band extra long so it could go around twice and tie a bow at the back
