• 

  Step 1

  Cut out as many chiffon circles as you like in different sizes from largest to smallest.

• 

  Step 2

  Pin your chiffon circles to the tule & cut them out the same size

• 

  Step 3

  Light your candle & carefully burn the edges of your tule.

  The chiffon should curl.

  Don't put the tule directly into the flame or it will blacken it.

• 

  Step 4

  Do the same for your tule, but this burns a bit faster - so be a bit more careful :)

• 

  Step 5

  When you're all done - stack them up from largest to smallest & Sew them together just a little bit in the center

  No sew option: Dab a small bit of glue in between each layer & stick together.

• 

  Step 6

  If you like - you can sew or glue a little bead in the center for an accent.

• 

  Step 7

  Cut out a circle from your scrap felt & Glue it to the back of your flower to cover up the stitching & help the "petals" stay up.

• 

  Step 8

  Take a smaller scrap of felt & place it inside your clip like so.

  Glue sides to the felt circle.
