My steampunk/Librarian bustle skirt. I also made a matching capelet to go with it. It was pretty simple to make, the fabric I chose though was a nightmare. It was a cheap synthetic fabric, and it was pretty thick, it frayed like crazy. It turned out real pretty though. I love my skirt!
