Based on Burlesque Bustle Skirt by Becca K.
Made some adjustments to this tutorial of course for my own fit. I used hook and eye as a securing method instead for invisibility. For the rest of the costume I used Simplicity 5006 (Corset, with alterations) and Butterick 5797 (Shrug, with alterations). The gloves were ordered from Amazon for a few dollars, and the boots I got from last halloween at Walmart.
