Bunting Necklace

Based on Bunting Necklace by Cat Morley
This is my version of Cat's Bunting Necklace. I love vintagy things so thought this was ideal and cute. Its also a great project for going through the mounds of waste fabric my family seem to attract and using up remnants and scraps.

I didn't have any interfacing or wire so made do without and used pinking sheers to prevent frayage (and the hassle of hemming!)
