Bumble bee, bumble bee
I originally wanted to create a bumble bee scarf, but after buying all those yarn (4 rolls! oh my word) I realised that I bought acrylic yarn... twasn't exactly very nice material for long scarfs.

Any idea on what I should do with them? I'm really broke and can't afford to buy thick double pointed needles and circular needles of this size to knit a bag):

  • Step 1

Measure your DS and add 1 inch to that measurement, vertically and horizontally.

  • Step 2

    Begin knitting.

CO as many stitches as you need.

    USING COLOUR 1:
    Row 1: K all
    Row 2: P all

    USING COLOUR 2:
    Row 3: K all
    Row 4: P all

and so on, until desired size.

  • Step 3

Turn the knitting inside out, and stitch up the sides. Block if desired.

  • Step 4

I can't really explain how to do the lining and all since I found the tutorial off the internet. You can check here(http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/lined_laptop_cover), it's really useful!

How about knitting flowers of other embellishments for scarves/hats/bags etc etc?
or actual bees? the white lining would make funky floppy wings!
or pom poms?

This is scary! I made this exact thing for Tim for his birthday in June. He wanted a bumble-bee jumper but I did a laptop cover and DS cover instead.
