Come up at A. In one motion, go down at B and up at C, but do not pull the needle through the fabric.
Measure the distance between A and B; wrap the thread clockwise over the needle to equal the distance.
Hold onto the needle and wraps as you gently pull the needle away from you and through the fabric and wraps.
Pull the wraps back toward you, keeping the wraps even. To end the stitch, go down at D.
