You Will Need (10 things)
- 4 Rashers of smoked streaky Bacon
- 225 g Shipton Mill Self-Raising Flour
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 25 g Unsalted Butter
- 80 g Of grated mature or vintage Cheddar Cheese
- 150 ml Of Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Of Heinz Tomato Sauce
- Large dash of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Egg beaten
- Wolverhampton Proper Pork Scratchings
Steps (10 steps, 60 minutes)

Grill bacon until fairly crispy and leave to cool. Preheat oven to 190oc/gas mark 5

Line baking sheet with baking paper

Sieve flour & salt together into a large bowl & rub in the butter until it resembles fine breadcrumbs

Cut bacon into small pieces & stir into flour mixture together with 50g of cheese

In a small bowl, mix the milk, ketchup & Worcestershire sauce together & gradually mix into the flour mixture until it forms a rough ball of dough

Roll out the pastry into a circle approx 18cm diameter, divide into 8 equal triangles

Place of the prepared baking sheet

Brush the top of each triangle with beaten egg

Chop the pork Scratchings and mix with remaining cheese.
Scatter pork scratching mixture onto the cakes -

Bake for 20 minutes
