You Will Need (6 things)
- Sewing Machine
- Paper Scissors
- or Stamps
- Stencil
- Acrylic Paint
- Paper Bag
Steps (6 steps, 60 minutes)
-
1
Start by laying out your gifts the way you want to wrap them. This will help you to gain a general idea on shape and size of each of your packages.
-
2
Cut open your paper bag (I cut open one side and removed the bottom which was too thick to be very useful).
-
3
When you cut out your paper, make sure to cut it out with lots of extra room so you can sew without it getting stuck in your machine.
-
4
Use stencils or stamps to decorate your paper. I made my stencils out of an old card I had laying around- you could also make your own stamps using a potato- I thought this might be the safest way to go for me though. It was less likely I'd cut myself making a stencil.
-
5
Fold your paper in half and sew up two of the open sides of your paper. Make sure to leave one side open for you to place your gift in. I used a long zig-zag stitch and red thread for my packages.

Place your gift in your package and sew up the remaining side.
And that's it! you're done!
