I am trying to eat healthier and lose weight but it is hard when I am hungry all the time! 0_o So I made up this easy shake. It is very fulling and very good for you.
Total shake has only 348 calories. 13 grams of fat. 4 grams of fiber. and 17 grams of protein!
mise en place
1 medium banana
1 serving of silken tofu.You can use any kind of tofu but if you use firm then you might end up with little tofu bits in your shake. silken blends nicer :)
1 cup of milk. I use skim or low fat because I am trying to use weight.
1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!
