Easy to make quick Bread & Butter Pudding.

You will need

1 pt Custard Ground Cinnamon Brown Sugar 1 Fruit loaf

Easy to make quick Bread & Butter Pudding.

Instructions

1. 

   To make the Quick Pudding : - Heat oven Gas 6

2. 

   Cut the loaf into slices, spread with butter and cut into triangles. Place into a tin/dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over the bread. Pour the custard over the bread. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top and heat through in the oven until the top is brown and crusty. Approx 20 mins.
