Instructions

  1. Small 06021827 2 1275588422

I cut three strips of T-shirts thinly in the colors I wanted. sewed the three together at one end.

  2. Small 06021827a 1275588477

I used a large safety pin and attached it to my jeans. you know kind of like when you used to make friendship bracelets.

  3. Small 06021828 1275588547

Then start your braid. Braid it to the length you want for your headband. make sure you leave a little unbraided to sew it or glue it together when your braid is done before it goes on the headband

  4. Small 06021849a 1275588804

I was too busy gluing to snap a picture of this step. But fold under one end onto the headband. and glue it down. Then just keep moving around the headband and gluing the fabric braid to the band itself to cover it. Then fold under at the other side and glue to close it and cover the end of the headband. I normally would also hand stitch through the under side of the braid to the headband for extra strength. And you are done! ready to wear.
