I felt like making a hair-tie. You can also use yarn as well as ribbon. If you use yarn you will need a button that has no holes but instead a button with a loopy thing.

Step 1Here is all the stuff. Tie the yarn onto the hair-tie and slip both ends of the yarn through the button.

Step 2make your basic bow knot and cut of the uneven ends

Step 3you're all done!! Now you can coordinate the bow to an outfit and wear your hair up or keep you're bangs back.
