Fold long edges of the big pieces of fabric into the middle and press with iron. Fold shorter edges into middle and press. Fold long edges of small pieces into middle and press.
Pinch into a bow shape and run a stitch through the middle of fold.
Wrap small piece around center and glue or stitch edges together. Glue clips onto back of bow.
