Step 1Sprinkle the chicken with salt & pepper.
Heat oil.
Cook together the garlic, onion, red pepper flakes & chicken.

Step 2Mix together honey, Soya sauce & ketchup.

Step 3Pour the bourbon over the chicken & cook out for a few mins.

Step 4Pour over the chicken.
Simmer until the sauce thickens & the chicken is cooked through.

Step 5Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with spring onion.
