Rum infused chocolate & coconut brownies filled with chunks of Bounty
Whisk together the butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Whisk in the flour, cocoa and coconut.
Stir in the chopped Bounty bars and Sailor Jerry rum.
Spread out the mixture into a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle the top with coconut.
Bake in an oven at 200'c for 18 minutes and leave to cool.
Cut into squares and serve.
