Wicked pins for every occasion!
So I've got tons of bottlecaps lying around...and I mean tons. Ever since I was little I saved any I could get my hands on and stashed them in this tin. Well, I was just thinking today, I would just love to do something with them. I wanted to put them on a belt, but that didn't work so well. So it just hit me this morning. You cut out little circles of fabric, embroider it, then glue it inside the bottlecap.

I just did some simple designs, with the help of my sister and her friend. Pictures are kinda bad...sorries much.

  • How to make a bottle cap pendant. Bottlecap Buttons - Step 1
    Step 1

Put the cap down on the fabric and use a pencil or chalk to outline it on the fabric. Then just cut it out. If you did it right, it should fit right in there.

    Step 2

Embroider a design of your choice on the fabric. Not much room for detail, but there is room for creativity, as always. Once you're done embroidering, glue it inside the bottlecap.

Not a great, picture I know. Here I took a paper clip and glued it to the back so it can act as a pin. Obviously if you have those pin things, just glue them on and you're one step farther than me.

Clip the little guys all over the place!
