First grap your stuff. I made a picture from it because I don't know what's everything called.
Use your piers to bend the pin like this.
Add your ring to it.(You need your pliers to do this)
Now you can put it on the necklace by just pushing the ring over the lock of your necklace.
Make with a needle or a nail a hole in the cork. Push the pin in to it and fill the bottle with whatever you like! p.s. push the cork hard in the bottle or else the bottle will fall if you wear it.
