These are really easy to make & very tasty cupcakes. They are filled with custard & topped off with chocolate ganache. You can increase the recipe or decrease it very easily. You could also add vanilla flavour into the cupcake mixture.

Description

Instructions

    Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream the butter & sugar together.

    Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.

    Add flour & baking powder. Stir to incorporate.

    Divide the mixture between cupcake cases. Bake for 20-25 mins until done.

    Remove from oven & allow to cool completely.

    Make the topping... Heat the cream & chocolate in the microwave for approximately 2 mins. Remove & cover with cling film.

    Stir the topping until all chocolate is melted & mixed through. Allow to cool. Once cool put in the fridge to chill.

    Cut a hole in the Cupcakes.

    Fill with a spoon of custard.

    whisk the topping until light & stiff.

    Pipe topping onto Cupcakes.
